For the first time a resort is opening in Las Vegas, Nevada that won’t have any gambling. Majestic Las Vegas is slated to open in 2024 a few blocks from the Strip and across from the Las Vegas Convention Center with construction set to begin in July of this year.
Looking to create a different type of space that “Las Vegas truly needed,” says developer Lorenzo Doumani, the resort not only will be gambling-free, but will be non-smoking, as well.
Other than that the resort will offer amenities that many come to expect when visiting Sin City such as 720 suites, dancing fountains, restaurants, outdoor pool overlooking the strip and a medical spa that takes up four floors.
Taking over the space that was formerly a Clarion Hotel at 305 Convention Center Drive, a groundbreaking ceremony is expected to be held on July 4, 2021.
